Positive narration is one of the strongest classroom management tools we have. To positively reinforce desired classroom behavior, we need to narrate the positive behaviors that we see. When we see student behavior starting to slip, we can praise the ideal behavior to direct students back on track. When praising behavior, the best practice is to be authentic and specific with our language .
