Inquiry Based Key Points

When students actively participate in the cognition of a lesson, when they create their own meaning, they're more likely to retain the information long term and use the information in the future. This can happen throughout the lesson, even when discussing the key points of the lesson. When students help to construct the key points instead of simply receiving the key points, they're involved in the learning from the first moments of class.
