Show-Stopping Discussions

Discussions can be amazing learning tools; student voice is maximized, the class is collaborating, and everyone is pushed to question and think deeper. They can also flop if the same 3-4 kids are participating. In order to maximize student learning, we must help all students feel comfortable enough to participate. This starts by planning questions in a way that eases kids into the discussion.
