Circulating to Be More Effective


When circulating, use this opportunity to look at student work across the room and correct rising misconceptions. One of the ways to be more effective is to circulate with your exemplar in hand. This allows you to diagnose how far away students are from the ideal answers and to provide an example for students who believe they are already finished.
