Tell The Process, Not Answers

 

When we ask questions to our students, many times we consider the answer to be sufficient. But what about if we dig deeper? What is we ask for more than the answer by asking for the process that lead to the answer? When we ask questions, we should expect students to explain the full thought process to the answer, not simply the answer alone.
