Discipline Must Be Logical

All people deserve to be treated fairly, and we must always remember this when rewarding or giving consequences to students. Students understand discipline structures in school and they understand immediately if a consequence is fair or unfair. If a consequence feels random or illogical, we risk a breakdown in student-teacher relationships. Use a logical discipline plan that you can count on to support you and your students' success in the classroom.
